In memory of my beloved Pam, who was so well looked after by all the nursing staff and carers, through NHS and Pyhllis Tuckwell. Without their care and support Pam would not have been able to end her days at home, as she desired. Their love and attention was endless, which helped Pam to peacefully slip away at home. Thank you x
